InvoiceBase Personal Use License

License Grant

Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use and modify the software for personal, family, or internal business purposes on their own infrastructure.

Restrictions

The buyer may not:

1. 1Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software or access to it to any third party.
2. 2Use the software, or any derivative work based on it, as the basis for a commercial product or service offered to third parties.
3. 3Offer the software, or any derivative of it, as a hosted service (SaaS or otherwise) to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
4. 4Remove or modify this license file or any copyright notices contained in the software.

Modifications

The buyer may modify the software for personal or internal use. Modified versions remain subject to the same restrictions as the original.

Updates

Future versions of the software are included under this license and are subject to the same terms.

No Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use.

Purchase terms

This licence governs what you may do with the software. Price, delivery, withdrawal rights, and support are covered by the Terms of Service.
